Actually, it was yellow, orange, red, green, blue, and purple snow. And it wasn’t really even snow. But yellow snow is a more entertaining title than “Rainbow Colored Non-Snow.”

So today as I was hacking through what Jack Frost did to our vehicles, I noticed that sliding ice did this to the windows:

I’m not exactly sure what caused this rainbow-rific reaction, but I’m a fan. Even though the cars were shouting, “We surrender!!!”

…I continued beating the layers of ice into submission to get more moments like this:

How awesome is that? It made ice-removal even more fun than usual. Perhaps tomorrow when I unearth the driveway I’ll find a pot of gold!

(Or an NFL-style underground heating system to melt the layer of igloo away.)
